| Volunteer with our Employment Department Participants in Tacoma Community House’s (TCH) employment programs seek out our services to gain work experience, increase job skills and enter into training programs. Participants are looking to find stable jobs in order to provide for their families as they work towards their dreams and aspirations. You can be a link in the chain of TCH history that extends more than 100 years. Contribute to a cycle of generational education and empowerment. Be a catalyst for change by being part of Tacoma Community House’s service to the community. Work side by side with dedicated case managers in a variety of employment programs. Help clients get the necessary skills and tools to be successful contributors in the workplace. Build your own skills and resume while you help your community become a place where everyone can and does participate.
