Natalia’s Story

She arrived in our community after a challenging journey from Ukraine, filled with uncertainty and apprehension. But Natalia was determined to create a better life for herself and her family.

Our organization immediately provided Natalia with resources and aid, helping her navigate through various challenges associated with settling in a new country. She was proactive, utilizing every opportunity and resource at her disposal.

It wasn’t long before Natalia began to stand out. Her dedication, hard work, and ability to swiftly acclimate to new environments were admirable and inspiring. She demonstrated a great understanding of the processes and protocols of our organization, too, in such a short time.

Recognizing her potential and tenacity, our organization offered her a job as a case manager. Her unique experience being on the other side of the services we provide gives her rare insight and empathy when helping others in similar situations. Now Natalia is not just a participant in our CSF program but a crucial part of our team. Her journey is a testament to the resilience, determination, and grit that migrants can bring to our communities.
